What one sponsorship includes (one week)

  • On site, 7 days: the "Sponsored" bar shown on every page, plus the labelled sponsor box on the home page, outside all rankings and score tables.
  • Weekly email: the single sponsor slot in that week's issue of The Practice AI Brief, labelled "Sponsored".
  • Exclusive: one sponsor per week.

How booking works

  1. Book a week and pay securely by card through Stripe.
  2. Send your logo, link and one line of copy to [email protected] within 2 business days.
  3. We confirm your week by email and review your copy against our rules.
  4. You go live on Monday of your confirmed week.

What money can't buy

  • A higher score, a better rank, a review, or a preview or veto of coverage
  • Removal of accurate negative information
  • Placement inside "best" lists or comparison tables

Rules

Vendors can't pay for reviews, scores, or rankings. We sell one clearly labeled sponsor slot per week, which never affects scores.
  • Every placement is labelled "Sponsored".
  • No HIPAA misstatements or unverifiable claims. We may request edits or decline any sponsorship (full refund).
  • Full refund if you cancel 7+ days before your week starts.

FAQ

Does sponsoring affect scores or rankings?

No. Scores come only from the published rubric, and sponsors never appear inside rankings, best lists or comparison tables. See the disclosure policy.

What exactly runs, and where?

For one week (Monday to Sunday, US Eastern): your logo or name and one line of copy in the "Sponsored" bar on every page, the labelled sponsor box on the home page, and the single sponsor slot in that week's newsletter issue, labelled "Sponsored".

Which week do I get?

After payment, we email you within 2 business days to confirm the next open week. One sponsor per week.

What can't the ad say?

No claims we can't verify, and especially no HIPAA misstatements (for example "HIPAA certified" or "HIPAA compliant" without a signed BAA offer). We may ask for edits or decline creative. See the terms.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your week starts. If we decline your sponsorship, you get a full refund.

How big is the audience?

This is a new publication with no published audience numbers yet. We'll share real traffic and subscriber counts before you book.
