Agreement

These terms govern your use of PracticeAIReview, operated by WinPath AI LLC. By using the site or buying a sponsorship, you agree to them.

Not medical, legal or compliance advice

Our reviews summarize public vendor information as of the dates shown. They are not medical, legal, HIPAA-compliance or purchasing advice. Vendor HIPAA/BAA statements are the vendor's claims, not our certification. Talk to your own counsel and get a signed BAA before any patient information flows to a tool.

Editorial independence

Scores come only from our published rubric. Payment never changes a score, a ranking, or our coverage. Vendors can't pay for reviews, scores, or rankings. We sell one clearly labeled sponsor slot per week, which never affects scores. See our disclosure policy.

Sponsorships

• Placement: one week (Monday to Sunday, US Eastern), as described on the sponsor page, clearly labelled "Sponsored".
• No influence: sponsorship never affects scores, rankings, reviews or editorial decisions, and sponsors never appear inside rankings or comparison tables.
• Approval: we may approve, request edits to, or reject any sponsor or creative at our discretion. If we reject a paid sponsorship, we refund it in full.
• Prohibited claims: no false or unverifiable claims; no HIPAA misstatements (for example claiming to be "HIPAA certified", or "HIPAA compliant" without offering a BAA); no claims about patient outcomes; nothing unlawful or misleading.
• Your materials: you confirm you have the rights to the logo, link and copy you send and grant us a license to display them for your week.
• Cancellation and refunds: full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your week starts. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable unless we can move you to another open week.
• Payment: processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Contact [email protected] for invoices.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in a way that harms it, attempt to break its security, or submit patient information through any form.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep facts accurate and dated, but vendors change prices and terms. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spot an error? See corrections.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for decisions made based on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
