The pricing page says 'Patient data is encrypted at rest to protect sensitive PHI' [1]. Re-checked 2026-10-14: the Terms of Service [3] don't mention a BAA, and the trust center (security.nexhealth.com) still blocks automated access (HTTP 403). BAA status: unverified.
